Hi, I'm Karen

I am the founder and lead designer at The Staging & Design Studio and started this boutique staging company more than 20 years ago after spending many years in consumer and real estate marketing. I spent my early career working for several international real estate brands and have an in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and housing trends.

Along with my relentless passion for design, color, texture and beautiful décor, I truly believe that every home is unique and can make a significant difference with home staging TLC. My passion is fueled by my desire to help make the sale of the home go faster and for more offers.

My team and I love to transform homes so that it is more attractive to a buyer and looks beautiful in real estate photographs. As a space planner and certified Feng Shui practitioner, we are experts at making every room make sense and show the best.

We work with each seller’s abilities, budget, and time frame to stage a property that writes a “love story” between the home and potential buyers. We offer a strategic direction for each home and provide a design mood board that illustrates how we will stage the home.
