Karen Parziale, Principal Designer

Karen Michela Parziale has been a professional stager and interior designer for nearly 20 years. 5,000 homes and counting, her staged homes have received high accolades from realtors, developers and homeowners. With artistic sensibilities and an exceptional eye for composition, scale and proportion, she treats every space as a unique canvas, telling its story through thoughtful and beautiful design.

She has also been professionally trained and certified in Feng Shui Design and studied with some of the most renowned masters from China and the United States. Karen Michela earned her certification from The Feng Shui Alliance and infuses Feng Shui into each and every staging and interior design consultation. She combines her Interior Design knowledge with Feng Shui to create beautiful harmonious and balanced spaces.

In addition to capturing the aesthetics, she also excels at each phase of design including project management, space planning, material selections and builder/architect/client relationships.

Nicole Alessa Donovan, Guest Lecturer

With a keen eye for design and an extensive background in the visual arts, Nicole was a senior stager at The Real Estate Staging Studio for nearly ten years and, in addition to home staging, worked on numerous high-end residential and commercial interior design projects. She earned an ever-growing reputation for outstanding service and design excellence. Her passion for interiors was cultivated through her time spent at The School for Visual Arts in New York City in production design, film and photography. She developed a great appreciation for styling early on as she curated various pieces for film sets.

Nicole’s ability to develop client relationships based on respect, trust, and confidence was the key to her success as a stager and designer. Skilled at creating memorable designs under a variety of budgets, styles, timeframes, and requirements, Nicole guided her clients through every phase of the design process.

Nicole now guest lectures on a variety of staging topics.
