Pro Staging Services

Staging for Jersey City, Hoboken, Hudson County, Manhattan, Brooklyn

We specialize in challenging spaces

We specialize in challenging spaces and not every home has the perfect layout. Our team has advanced training in space planning and Feng Shui design. It is our job to make each room “make sense.”

For vacant homes, staging is essential. Many think a vacant home is better and will look bigger. Not true. People just cannot visualize how the room will be decorated (and if their existing furniture will fit in) if the rooms are bare.

Fact: The National Association of Realtors reports that staging makes buyers more likely to picture themselves moving in, according to 81% of buyer’s agents.

It’s no surprise that a property is more likely to sell when it looks amazing. Our role as property stylists is to stage your property in a way that highlights its biggest selling points and shows off its most impressive features. By carefully selecting furniture, artwork, and other decorative pieces, we create a home-like atmosphere that appeals to as many potential buyers as possible. This can help your house sell at both a faster rate and higher price.

Ensuring your property’s first impression is the right impression

Photos are the first contact point many prospective buyers will have with your home and play a major part in enticing them to attend inspections. A property stylist will ensure that your home looks phenomenal by the time your real estate agent organises marketing photos and inspection dates.

Not only will a well-styled property attract more buyers, your agent will also be able to confidently promote the sale at maximum asking price and get you more money for your home.

Remaining objective with the space

Property owners can often find it difficult to distance themselves from the space that they and their family have called home. They may be tempted to leave personal touches around their home’s decor, such as family photos, knick-knacks, or quirky pieces of furniture. This can ultimately turn off potential buyers who are trying to envision the property as their own, not someone else’s.

On the other hand, we view your home objectively. Combined with our knowledge of buyer demographics in your area and price range, this helps us style it in a way that appeals to a wide audience while focusing on your ideal demographics.

Expert strategies for maximizing space and enhancing appeal

If the room is small, we use many decorating ticks to make it appear bigger from using mirrors to lighting and smaller furniture. For open floor plans, we define each room so it makes sense to the potential homebuyer.

For vacant spaces, we curate each home and liaison with numerous luxury home furnishing rental companies to select modern stylish furniture and decor. Basic pieces are rented for each room and the lease is signed between the client (realtor/homeowner) for a minimum of three-months. We select each piece of furniture that will look beautiful in each particular home we stage. As part of the staging fee, we style each room with various props from our large inventory from luxurious bedding to tableware.

A valuable resource for investors and flippers

For real estate investors and flippers, we have many resources to purchase furniture at discounted rates from many retailers, such as Raymour & Flanigan, Wayfair, West Elm, Pottery Barn and Cort Furniture.

This works best for large-scale condo projects where we stage model apartments or the flipper has several houses to stage during the year.

For this service, we select the furniture, price it out, create a Design Mood Board and then coordinate the sale.

We then bring in dozens of props for every room – luxurious bedding and pillows for the bedroom, art throughout the home, kitchen and bathroom accessories.

Occupied Staging

Homes for sale — while the current owners are still living there — are even more important. We meticulously assess each room, declutter, depersonalize spaces, optimize furniture layout, enhance lighting, suggest paint colors, and introduce decor elements that elevate the property’s aesthetic appeal.

Our DIY Package is a two-hour on-site consultation where we go room by room and advise the homeowner on items that should be removed, décor that should be added, home repairs to make, organization strategies for cabinets and closets.

Most importantly, we offer simple and strategic advice on how to make the home more inviting and appealing. The consultation includes a detailed summary report with checklists for the homeowner.

For Homes in Hudson County

This popular package is priced at $450. If the homeowner wants us to physically make the changes we suggested, the price starts at $800 for a two-bedroom home.
